Spinning Playlist

I've started teaching a spinning class at my local fitness center. I'm going to keep my playlists listed here. Feel free to borrow/use them. You can find all music on iTunes or Amazon. I am not a certified instructor so everything that I have came up with is just what I felt might work.

Playlist #1 (needs a title) 
16 songs - 1 Hour Class 
  1. Blink 182 "After Midnight" - warm up in a seated flat, get legs loose, position 1 
  2. Cartel "Let's Go" - continue warm up w/a light increase in resistance, run out of saddle on chorus, seated during verses
  3. Ed Sheeran "Sing" - medium resistance w/jumps on chorus in position 2  
  4. OneRepublic "I Lived" - back to seated flat w/endurance spinning during chorus + resistance 
  5. Pitbull "Fireball" - medim resistance w/sprints in position 3  
  6. Daughtry "Every Time You Turn Around" - medium resistance w/running position 2 on chorus + small resistance increase 
  7. AWOLNATION "Not Your Fault" - continue resistance + jumps in position 3  
  8. Breaking Benjamin "Next to Nothing" - recovery + resistance if needed 
  9. The Black Keys "Gold on the Ceiling" - run in position 2 with position 3 on chorus + resistance 
  10. David Guetta "Getting Over You" - seated flat w/+ resistance + position 2 on chorus 
  11. Hudson Mohawke "Chimes" - position 3 sprints out of seated flat 
  12. Calvin Harris "Summer" - small recovery w/+ speed 
  13. Foo Fighters "My Hero" - begin climb, all seated + 2-3 resistance changes 
  14. Cavo "Let it Go" - continue seated climb to position 2 then position 3, 2-3 resistance changes 
  15. Yellowcard "Southern Air" - finish climb + downhill w/decreased resistance + speed 2 flat 
  16. Taylor Swift "Out of the Woods" - cool down position 1 + stretching

  5. Black Eyed Peas "The Time (Dirty Bit)" - run in position 2 + three 30 sec sprints 
  6. Fun "Some Nights" - hill climb with 2-3 resistance changes 
  7. Blink 182 "Heart's All Gone (Interlude)" - recovery 
  8. Blink 182 "Snake Charmer" - seated to aero for endurance 
  9. Green Day "Oh Love" - jumps in position 2 for 8 count 
  10. David Guetta + Sia "Titanium" - 3 sprints in position 3

  12. The Cadillac Three "The South" - hill climb in and out of seat 2-3 resistance changes 
  13. Ellie Goulding "Burn" - rollers all standing, run in 2 to sprints in 3
